Subscription Terms

Hero's Life Quest offers monthly household subscriptions for a selected number of character profiles.

Plans and Pricing

The standard U.S. monthly price is $1.99 for one character profile plus $1.00 for each additional profile, up to 15 profiles. Prices are localized and displayed by Apple, Google, or the applicable payment provider before purchase.

Free Trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial. The trial begins only after the account owner confirms the household size, renewal price, payment method, and automatic-renewal terms through the payment provider. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price displayed during confirmation.

Adding or Removing Characters

Adding profiles beyond the current plan allowance requires confirmation of a higher subscription tier. The payment provider displays any immediate or prorated charge before confirmation. Removing profiles may make the account eligible for a lower tier. Downgrades generally take effect on the date shown by the payment provider.

Promotions and Discounts

Discounts, trials, promotional offers, and offer codes may have separate eligibility, duration, and renewal terms. Those terms are displayed before acceptance. Changing subscription tiers may change or end an active promotion; the confirmation screen will state the applicable terms.

Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Account owners can manage or cancel through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable subscription-management page. Deleting a Hero's Life Quest account does not automatically cancel an external store subscription.
